Our Classic Rendang Beef is a slow-cooked masterpiece packed with deep, aromatic flavours. Tender chunks of beef are simmered for hours in creamy coconut milk, toasted spices, and a fragrant blend of lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, chilli, and kaffir lime leaf.
