This website, chickyfunfeasts.com, is operated by Chicky Fun Pte. Ltd. ("Chicky Fun Feasts", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Use of This Website
This website is intended for users aged 13 and above. By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and are capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of this website. You must not misuse, tamper with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its related systems.
3. Orders & Order Confirmation
All orders placed through this website or via our sales channels are subject to acceptance by Chicky Fun Feasts. An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including after payment has been made — for reasons including but not limited to kitchen capacity constraints, inaccurate order information, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Chicky Fun Feasts is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or consequential damages arising from an order cancellation on our part.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.
We do not publish fixed pricing for customised orders. All bespoke menu pricing is provided on enquiry and confirmed in writing prior to payment.
5. Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- PayNow
- Bank Transfer
- GrabPay
- Credit Card
Payment must be made in full to confirm your order. We do not hold or reserve orders without confirmed payment. Payment instructions will be provided by our sales team upon order confirmation.
Chicky Fun Feasts does not store, process, or have access to your financial account information. All payment transactions are the responsibility of the respective payment providers. We are not liable for any loss arising from payment processing errors, failed transactions, or unauthorised use of your payment credentials.
Administrative fees, platform fees, and bank transaction charges are non-refundable under any circumstance, including in cases where a refund is otherwise applicable under our Returns & Refund Policy.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our [Returns & Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
7. Delivery
We deliver islandwide across Singapore. Delivery charges, surcharges for specific locations, and estimated delivery windows will be confirmed at the time of order. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control including traffic, weather, and operational circumstances.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is present to receive the order at the agreed time. Chicky Fun Feasts is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or the absence of a recipient at the stated location.
8. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Chicky Fun Feasts is a Halal-certified food operation. While we take reasonable steps to accommodate declared dietary requirements and allergen concerns, we cannot guarantee that our food is entirely free from any specific allergen.
Our kitchen handles a wide variety of Halal-certified ingredients. Cross-contamination between allergens may occur during food preparation despite our best efforts.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:
- It is your sole responsibility to declare all relevant allergies and dietary requirements at the time of ordering.
- Chicky Fun Feasts will make reasonable efforts to accommodate declared requirements but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies should exercise their own judgement before placing an order and should seek independent medical advice if necessary.
- Chicky Fun Feasts accepts no liability for any allergic reaction, health incident, or adverse response arising from consumption of our food, whether or not a dietary requirement was declared.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, logos, menu descriptions, brand assets, and design elements — is the property of Chicky Fun Pte. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Singapore intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. Third-Party Services
This website is built on the Shopify platform. Your use of this website is also subject to Shopify's terms of service and privacy policy, which are independent of ours. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party platforms and services.
Links or references to third-party services — including WhatsApp and payment providers — are provided for convenience only. Chicky Fun Feasts does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, terms, or reliability of any third-party service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Chicky Fun Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, your reliance on any information provided herein, or the fulfilment or non-fulfilment of any order.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website — including menu descriptions, pricing, and availability — is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
