Chicky Fun Feasts Returns & Refund Policy

1. Order Confirmation & Payment
All orders must be confirmed with full payment. Your order is only secured once payment has been received. Chicky Fun Feasts reserves the right to decline or cancel unconfirmed orders.
2. Cancellation & Refund Schedule
We understand that plans change. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing — via WhatsApp to your sales contact or email to sales@chickyfun.com — and are subject to the following schedule based on the number of days before your event date:

| 1 day before or day of event | No refund. |
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that the S$20 administrative fee, along with any platform fees and bank transaction charges incurred at the time of payment, are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount regardless of the cancellation tier.
3. Festive & Peak Season Orders
Orders placed for festive periods — including but not limited to Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Christmas — are subject to the same cancellation schedule above. We strongly recommend placing and confirming your order early, as kitchen capacity during peak seasons is limited and slots are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
4. Order Issues
We take every order seriously and stand behind the quality of our food. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery:
- Spoiled or unsafe food: We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items. Please retain the items and provide photographic evidence where possible.
- Missing items: We will investigate and resolve at our discretion — this may include redelivery of the missing items or a credit note, depending on the circumstances and timing.
- Incorrect items received: Please contact us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the order subject to kitchen availability and lead time.
Claims raised beyond 2 hours of delivery, or without reasonable supporting documentation, may not be considered.
Taste preference is subjective and does not constitute grounds for a refund. We welcome all feedback and will take it seriously for the improvement of our menu.
5. Delivery Issues
We deliver islandwide and take care to fulfil every order on time. In the event of a delay or delivery issue attributable to us, we will make it right — at our discretion, this may include a goodwill gesture such as a complimentary item on your next order.
Customer responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the order at the stated time. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, an unresponsive recipient, or restricted access to the premises, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued. Any re-delivery required under these circumstances will incur an additional delivery charge payable by the customer.
6. Cancellation by Chicky Fun Feasts
In the unlikely event that Chicky Fun Feasts is unable to fulfil a confirmed order due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including the administrative fee. We will notify you as early as possible and make every effort to assist you with alternative arrangements.

Chicky Fun Feasts reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order confirmation applies.
